Pre-order your weekly Light Force Bakery bread with a 8 week CSB subscription.
The Light Force Community Supported Bakery (CSB) is a seasonal bread share program connecting our small bakery directly with the community we serve.
Members pre-purchase a weekly loaf of our fermented malted barley, ancient-grain bread. In return, you receive fresh bread reserved specifically for you each week and help sustain the craft of traditional baking in the Hudson Valley.
Like a farm CSA, a CSB creates a direct relationship between baker and community—supporting local food systems while ensuring members receive bread baked with intention, integrity, and the highest quality ingredients.
Options for a consecutive 8 pick up at select locations and times:
Fridays, 12-4 pm, available Nov. 6th through Dec. 23rd:
Love Apple Farm, 1421 Rt. 9H Ghent NY 12075
Fridays after 3pm or Saturdays during retail business hours:
Rolling Grocery, 6 S. 2nd St. Hudson NY 12534
Chatham Food Coop, 15 Church St. Chatham NY 12037
Random Harvest, 1785 NY- 23 Craryville NY 12521
Berkshire Coop, 34 Bridge St. Great Barrington, MA 01230
