The Light Force Community Supported Bakery (CSB) is a seasonal bread share program connecting our small bakery directly with the community we serve.
Members pre-purchase a weekly loaf of our fermented malted barley, ancient-grain bread. In return, you receive fresh bread reserved specifically for you each week and help sustain the craft of traditional baking in the Hudson Valley.
Like a farm CSA, a CSB creates a direct relationship between baker and community—supporting local food systems while ensuring members receive bread baked with intention, integrity, and the highest quality ingredients. our customers weekly.
